One of the major causes of the rapid deterioration of the external structures is the combined action of water and wind that causes the penetration of water through deep injuries and micro-cracks, always present in the surfaces of buildings.
The first consequences are the loss of the insulating power of the wall and the creation of thermal bridges with consequent proliferation of mosses and lichens, as well as aesthetic damage due to transmigration of salts or calcareous residues. In hydraulic works a periodic maintenance is required to ensure water resistance and to avoid problems of leakage and contamination.
In addition to work on above ground structures and paving, we can perform waterproofing process on underground structures, buried structures and hydraulic works in general, with different systems: cement, bentonite, bitumen emulsions, synthetic material, systems based on polyurea pure or hybrid.
